"C:\Users\\Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2" The actual game files, as such, don't hold any game-saves. If the folder I mention above exists when you restart ETS2 after re-installation, I'm pretty sure it won't over-write it and your profiles should be intact. If not, start the game, get to the main screen and then shut the game.
