Improving preformance on Varadero 125. Hello! I have no idea how close your bike is to a YBR, but wouldn't take much difference to change the air gap (different fork springs would quite possibly result in a different standard air gap). Try pulling the chain away from the sprocket at the mid point. If there is any movement it is knackered. It could be that it has been run too tight and buggered it up. A broken flailing chain can do a lot of damage and if it locks up anywhere can send you down the road. Get it checked and changed.
